Life Cycle of a Bee - Felt Board Story - Rainbow Educational

The Life Cycle of a Bee is divided into 4 stages:

Egg - Queen Bee hatches her many eggs, they are  separated and each egg is placed into the honey comb to grow.

Larva - as the eggs progress towards life.

Pupa - as the bee is forming and approaching birth.

Adult - there are 3 types of Bee. The Queen, the Drone or Male Bee and the Worker or Female Bee. In the event that there is a second or more Queen Bee born it will eventually leave the hive with a group of Drone and Worker Bees forming another colony and the life cycle of a Bee recommences.
